SHIPPING METHODS, SHIPPING CHARGES, DELIVERY TIME AND RETURNS
Shipping Methods and Shipping and Delivery Charges
Thank you for considering Honor Roll Childcare Supply. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on weight and/or package size. Please note that in certain circumstances (such as residential deliveries or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii) additional shipping charges maybe required before we can process your order. We will contact you if this is the case at which time you can choose to pay the additional amount or cancel and have your order refunded. We have a $15.00 minimum shipping charge and delivery will be made via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground and/or truck. UPS and Fed-Ex will bring items inside, while truck shipments will be a tailgate delivery. Please contact us if you require truck driver assistance to bring your item(s) inside for an additional charge. If you do not request inside delivery at the time of placing your order and you request it at the time of delivery, you will receive a bill for the inside delivery charge a few weeks following receipt of your order.
The trucking company will not deliver a shipment without a signature so please have someone present to receive your shipment.
The average delivery time is 7-15 business days. We will contact you with the estimated shipping date.
Before Signing for Delivery
Please examine your items carefully for damage. Note any damage on the shipping paperwork and have the driver sign the paperwork. Retain all paperwork and packaging. Contact us within two business days to report the damage.
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and a hassle free experience. We do this by providing you with merchandise of the best quality and workmanship. We do realize sometimes damage does occur to a product in transit or before leaving the manufacturer. If you have a damaged item, please contact us for return instructions within 10 days of receipt of shipment and we will take care of you. You will be asked to provide your order number and your billing zip code so please have this information available when contacting us.
Items that are not damaged in transit or before leaving the manufacturer may be subject to the return terms set forth by the manufacturer. The manufacturer may request a digital image of the damage in order to determine whether to repair or replace the item. Depending on the manufacturer and the particular situation, you may be charged a re-stocking fee, which can vary between 10-30% plus return freight charges.
If the return is the result of the manufacturer or Honor Roll Childcare Supply error, you will not be responsible for any charges.
Once authorization is given to your request for return, we will coordinate with the freight carrier to arrange for pickup and transport of your damaged item.
Requests for refunds in either the form of original payment or requests for return credit will be classified as pending until the damaged item is received and the condition and/or quality are verified.
